“I came to this branch after two days of waiting for a representative on the phone. A total of 1h 45m with no agent available.
I decided to walk into a branch I’ve never been in to but it’s conveniently close to my office.
Kasandra Downie was amazing. She actually opened the door for me and welcomed me in. Walked me through the issue (potential fraud) and provided a detail breakdown of steps to follow after today to avoid this issue in the future. She was prompt, informative and attentive.
Never experienced bed-side-manner at a bank but I felt like she was in complete control of the situation. I will be returning and recommending people to this branch.
