I recently ordered an ESS920 the E-Series 9' spinning rod, and to save me $$$ on shipping costs, Rob generously offered to simply include my order in a shipment of rods he was sending to one of our local tackle stores. My rod was marked separately on the invoice and when I went to Outcast Tackle in Pensacola to pick it up, they had it set aside and waiting for me. Now that's great customer service at both ends.”

“I was walking in the Jensen Mall. Macy's is in this mall. If you need any sports hat, shirt, jersey or anything sports related, this is your store to do your shopping. They have a very large selection of everything. Near the front they have hats on sale and shirts on sale. GREAT VALUE. I own too many hats and shirts. But the prices are incredible. I purchased a couple of football team bracelets. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the merchandise is of high quality which is very important. Parking is plentiful. Prices are very reasonable. Service is excellent.”
