Placed this order with Autopartstoys 12/26/24 it is now 1/11/25 was suppose to be here 1/10/ 25 gave me a tracking number with R&L trucking called R&L with tracking number no record of this package being picked up call there 24 hour service department no answer Amazon can’t tell me anything

Appalling Customer Service. Left email, voicemail, they never returned the call. Finally got hold on the phone when they told me they shipped it to the wrong address even tho on their confirmation email the correct shipping address was listed. I should have reviewed their google reviews before ordering from them.

Ordered a shackle lift for a Jeep yj over 3 weeks ago. Haven’t received shipping information sent multiple emails and called. Haven’t heard back from the emails or calls. Waste of time and money.
