Eddy at Indiantown Rd, Bank United is the pleasant person that always helps me at this branch. I’ve been coming there for years and he’s always smiling, knows me, doesn’t have to ask for my ID each time. He’s efficient and a very good representative of what a bank person should be. He’s very professional and Bank United should be thankful they have such a great employee.

It has been refreshing being assisted by Eddy R at Bank United, with his professionalism and a wonderful smile.
In this day and age when one walks into a bank and there are constantly new people Eddy recognized me and provided exceptional customer service, and support. (Thank -You to you and your team members) I have also mentioned this to his manger Jason.

I met with Jason at the indiantown Road location & had an excellent experience with him. I had been banking with Chase since 2007, and it was one thing after another but the most recent debacle was the last straw. After speaking with Jason about my issues, he had me come into the branch and got me set up with a new checking account in very short order, and also introduced me to some of the bank management that was in the area, and told me that they along with the others at the branch would gladly help me with any issues I might have in the future. I highly recommend him and BankUnited.

Bank United started out great, but after employee after employee left them things just didn't stay the same. I've since taken our business across the street, and it was a FANTASTIC decision that I wish I made earlier.

Extremely accessible banking. Visa debit cards, mobile app, online banking, worldwide ATMs. I haven't gone into the branch in years, but staff is always helpful when I phone with questions. I highly recommend BankUnited.
