“5 Stars - Moore's Ace Hardware in Jupiter Farms. We rented a trash pump for the weekend & had to return it & all the hoses. The problem began because my wife disposed of my old wood ramps & there was no way to lift the pump back into my truck without 2 strong men. She called Ace & found that they rented ramps ($5 for 4 hours) which were perfect. She spoke to Damien and he was so helpful on the phone even helping to figure out a way to retrieve one of the hoses that was stuck in the sand & water. When I went to pick up the ramps Damien was at the service desk and he asked if I had someone to help me. Since I lived 5 minutes away (with his bosses permission) followed me home. He carefully put everything in the truck bed. Moore's Ace Hardware should be grateful to have a wonderful employee that took the extra mile for a customer, me being in my 70's, was a life saver. Thank you again Damien!”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”

“I honestly thought I had a Mon delivery app’t but it was actually scheduled for Tues. They still got me in and unloaded me which I’m greatly appreciative of. 53’ dry van, they unloaded me in their lot instead of having me back into a dock. Friendly people & they unload fast. I would deliver here again!”
