“For the last three years Dr Dack and his wonderful team have cared for our mature Golden, Rosie. We always recognized that he recommended less invasive approaches to her health issues, and these always worked! Earlier this week when we saw something was suddenly wrong, they had us come in immediately, and Dr Dack called us with test results an hour later. It was a malignancy, and we wanted to minimize her pain. Within 90 minutes, the team had everything prepared and Dr Dack was with us for her last peaceful minutes. He and his team were so respectful and thoughtful, and we will always be grateful for their help.”

“Kim, the owner that works every week day, is too wonderful for any adjective to describe her properly. She is very knowledgeable and will provide you as much detail as you are interested in absorbing. Excellent selection of all natural products with the sage advice to ensure you make the best decision for your best friend. She might even spoil your dog if you bring them with you!I was apprehensive about switching to a raw diet even after hours of online research, but Kim was able to put my mind at ease within a couple minutes of talking. She made the switch incredibly easy on me and my dog. It’s not often you find someone this passionate about their work, but you can feel it with Kim. I would, and already have, highly recommend any pet parent to go and check out the store and talk to Kim!”

“I've been a breeder and exhibitor for 37 years of AKC Labrador Retrievers. At the beginning I let clients pick a food. I got so tired of calls about "bad bad breeder, my dog has allergies" and then they proceeded to tell me the ******* junk dog food they were feeding giving their dog skin and other allergies. Once I started to REQUIRE a food, the only one (I research and love to study canine nutrition--vets don't get this education in vet school), and I knew L.A. was the only one I could feed--I could talk directly to the developer, veterinarians at the company, and anyone at all--all have been available to speak--always. Now I no longer get the phone calls about "my dog has allergies" from the food. Not one recall in over 20 years. Sorry, I don't know of a dog food company that can say that. I'm staying with what is safe and healthy for my dogs!!!”

“The staff is usually always pleasant when I come in. They automatically greet you and ask if you need help finding anything once you walk into the establishment. The store is always clean, organized, and well stocked. I was very pleased to see their betta fish aren't in tiny cups like petsmart/petco!! There was efficient spacing to where the bettas are even happy enough to make a bubble nest. All of their animal exhibits are very clean and well displayed.”
