“We love Gentle Touch!!! The manager Paul is always kind and helpful and the groomers are incredible. Several of our pups have been groomed there and they always enjoy their appointments and look absolutely adorable afterwards. Parking is great and there is a quiet place for doggies to relax outside before they go in. HIGHLY recommend and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!”

I hadn’t been to a PetSmart in over ten years. When my dog needed prescription dog food, I pleasantly found out that multiple local PetSmarts had them in stock, and I could purchase them with the vet’s authorization. The vet would need to order them, and it would take several days.
I started shopping at PetSmart for my other pets as well, my cat, and other two dogs. It’s great to actually see and read the labels on things, or check out carriers. I’ve been REALLY impressed by the selection, and quality, at the Jupiter store and the Palm Beach Gardens store.
I’m definitely a convert. While I’m happy to pick things up online in a pinch of for specialty items, for most everyday dog and pet needs, PetSmart covers me!”

“My favorite pet store in town! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. My 6-year-old recently got his first hamster, and they made the whole experience so special for him. We visited several times before bringing her home, and each time they were patient, kind, and welcoming. They even took the time to teach him how to safely pick her up and hold her, explaining things in a way he could understand, like why not to reach from above so she doesn’t feel threatened. Truly one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. They turned this into such a special and memorable moment for our family.”

“Great practice. Dr. Dack and team go above and beyond in the care of our animals. Everyone at the clinic is very nice and friendly, they care about our dogs comfort, and are knowledgable about the animals who see them. They all do a great job from the moment I call until the moment I leave and even in between visits when necessary. I have 4 dogs that see Dr. Dack yearly for exams and occasionally for emergency situations. I highly recommend Lifetime Veterinary Center!”
