“Today I had the pleasure of the Staples on US 1 in Jupiter. I asked a gentleman named Ron to help me to do some to me complicated work to file my tax return. He was extremely helpful in not only explaining what I needed to do but took the time to walk me through step by step. He was training another young man at the time but multi tasked and made sure that everything I needed to do got done through the long process including sending it by courier for me. “I called the location before visiting. I was unable yo do the steps needed to print & go. When I arrived at the location, I was helped by a young man (I don't know his name). He was courteous, knowledgeable & very professional. After 5 minutes he was able to help me, get the document to print & instruct me on the use of the copier/fax/scan machine. I am so happy I went to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.”
