“Sent clubs from Pa to Az and went perfect. Coming back they were supposed to be delivered to my office. They were a day behind so I called. The shipping tag was torn off in transit. They just shipped them to my home address that’s on my travel bag. They stayed in constant communication with me until they arrived. Very well done and great service.”
“i’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from… i’ve always had great experiences here. staff is always attentive and makes you feel welcomed. today i came in frustrated with a return for amazon (frustrated with the company who sent me the item and because i never return items) anyway, i came in with the heavy box and staff was quick to inform me that i can always come in before unloading the package and they’d assist me even if they’re busy. great customer service and the previous times ive been here it hasn’t been any less of great service. thanks for everything guys you’re great.”
