It is locally owned and operated and here to help. Customers have been going for years and always have a great experience. The whole staff are the best and always go above and beyond. They are so informative, helpful, patient, extremely efficient, and super knowledgeable. They are always smiling and greeting each and every customer. Staff are kind, thoughtful, and very nice, providing amazing help with extra assistance, including with Amazon returns. They make mailing and packing a stressless experience each and every time. The care and attention given is appreciated. They are fast and have slips printed within minutes, with no judgements—just getting it done asap. The store has many people staffing it who are helpful to boot. Parking is plentiful in the shopping plaza, though there is no parking directly in front of this particular storefront. The location is at the northwest corner of Indiantown Road and Central Boulevard.
It's ok ish to drop something off but be careful to put everything is SEPARATE LABELED bags or boxes.. But call and try to get something done nobody knows anything kind of useless

The young man named Kashi was so professional, polite and very fast. A real hard worker and on the ball don't see that too often these days. But every time I go in this store I always have an excellent customer service experience
