Apple Store at Dadeland Mall is located by one of main entrances to mall, opposite from Cheesecake Factory.
Apple Store is usually quite crowded, especially on weekends. Valet parking is available at front entrance of Dadeland Mall. During Christmas holiday season, valet is a time-saver. Parking lots are full and stay full all day and evening, especially weekends.

Experienced very poor customer service during my visit. Although I had a scheduled appointment, my wait time was nearly two hours. During this period, several employees appeared to be unoccupied and were engaged in personal conversations with one another rather than assisting customers.

Really disappointing experience today
I went to the Apple Store in Dadeland hoping to get some help, but the manager’s attitude completely ruined my day. He was rude, impatient, and clearly didn’t care about providing good service. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in an Apple Store before. I honestly expected much better.

I usually receive excellent service from Apple, but today’s experience at the Dadeland store was the opposite. The manager was impatient and dismissive, offering no real help. It felt like he didn’t want to be there. Apple should really look into how their management treats customers.

The manager at the Apple Store Dadeland was incredibly unprofessional. I came in with a simple question, but instead of helping me, he gave me attitude and acted like he didn’t care. This is not the level of service I expect from Apple. Definitely one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at any store.

Terrible customer service. I made a genius bar appointment with apple support, a man with black long hair and a beard checked me in and said he was going to get the diagnostic computer and never came back. After an hour waiting watching everyone who was checked in with me leave I asked another agent to help me they told me someone was already assigned to me so ultimately I had no choice but to leave without my product even being diagnosed.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Apple Store in Dadeland today. The manager who helped me was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to understand my issue, he spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like my questions were a waste of his time. I’ve always trusted Apple for its excellent customer service, but this visit was truly disappointing. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and provides better training on how to treat customers with respect.

This is by far the worst customer experience and service ever. You make line to wait like in a communist country to buy food, you need to be very close to the wall to avoid disturbing the flow, only one person registering clients. Not an Apple experience at all. Quite far from any service in a top class Mall like Dadeland. Avoiding like plague

I had an appointment for a laptop that had liquid spilled on it, Emily was my technician for that appointment and she was AMAZING. I had gone to apple previously with another technician and he basically told me that all I could do was replace the keyboard for $800... After that I went to another repair shop and they told me I had to completely lose my information on my laptop to fix the issue. Emily fixed my laptop in 10min and everything is perfectly fine, she's a miracle worker!!!!
