My Wife and I recently move to the Kendall and we were in search of a new place to call home. We Found Azura Apartments! This has been the best choice for me and my family. The Azura Community has some of the best amenities you will find anywhere. The pool area is phenomenal, the gym has the latest equipment you'll find anywhere. The office staff is amazing and very responsive to any concerns we may have.Elizabeth in the office is beyond kind and generous to all residents and guest. The maintenance department repoints time to tickets put into them is sometimes the same day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

since I moved to Azura Elizabeth, has been nothing short of phenomenal in every instant or situation that has occurred while living here. She helps us out with anything at all, having to do with when we have to register vehicles or whatever paperwork needed to have my little doggy here or whatever might be. She is a great asset to the Azura management team

The worst experience trying to get leasing information, Artificial inteligence is horrible. waiting for someone to answer and nothing, stupid questions and nobody helps, i missed the old times when a real person answered the phones.

I did a unit transfer and the whole process was super smooth and easy ! Very hassle free. Angela and Elizabeth are always there to help in whatever way possible…we are thankful for them !

Living at Azura is an exceptional experience. The amenities are top-notch, from the modern fitness center to the beautiful pool area. The staff is incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure every need is met promptly. The apartments themselves are spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with high-end finishes. I highly recommend Azura to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable living environment.

I was a resident here for 2 years.
We decided to move here because Azura from outside looks beautiful with the pool and other attractions.
Once you get there you will face many problems, the place smells dog poop and pee everywhere, apartments are very tiny and loud from neighbors above or under you, roaches all over the house and limited parking spaces. We had few times problem with mold and nothing helped.
With 2500-3500$ if you plan to rent here I recommend to rent a townhome or something with more space.
Dont make the mistake that i made when i moved here!
