I went to Gap in Kendall mall to exchange two pieces of clothing that I purchase to my vacation, which it was a month out of the country and the manager came to me like a mother punishing a child telling “your late, ai absolutely can’t exchange anything that’s our policy “ I have my receipt, I haven’t used the clothing and for me is the first time something like this happened that with receipt a manager hasn’t help a customer. Manager always do the best to keep a customer and get a great review to attract more customers.

Their customer service sucks!!! Only one cashier while there are 2 other employees being one of the managers just there without regard to get the next person in line! Unbelievable!!!!

The store manager is wery RudeI dont even Know If she is the store managerI asked to talk to the manager. She says i am the manager.That's the rule dont even ask me what happened. If i am not happy, i should call customers servicei am a long time customers of Gap and Banana Republic. The first time, i had a rude manager like hernever come back this location again

The manager named KATE, is very rude and unhelpful. I called the store before driving 30 min to return an item and she rudely told me I wasn't able to return at this location. I explained that I called before coming and she rudely stated that I called the wrong store because one of her co workers would have never told me such a thing.... VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!! There was no need to the attitude!!!! someone like KATE should not be working at the GAP where you deal with people on a 24/7 basis. I was very shocked and concerned as to why they will ever allow someone so rude like that work here. Very disappointed as to how GAP would hire someone like that as well. KATE WAS VERY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! She could have taken a different approach which is what you hours learn during training.
