I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters thanks to the outstanding team of Rosie, Taimy, Kelvin, and Leah. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine care and professionalism. Rosie was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that suited my style and prescription needs. Taimy made the entire process smooth and stress-free with her warm, welcoming attitude. Kelvin was efficient and informative during the fitting, and Leah went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right before I left. We made an appointment day of and we were seen within minutes of arriving. The customer service was incredible and the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Even when purchasing the glasses, they checked different ways with the insurance to ensure we got the best deal possible which is unheard of nowadays. Extremely grateful to the team at LensCrafters at Macys in Dadeland Mall. They have gotten new lifetime customers!

I recently visited Lens crafters inside Macy’s at Dadeland mall and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, Taymi and Kelvin were very attentive.
They took the time to understand my needs and helped me select the perfect pair of glasses. They provided detailed explanations about the lens options and guided me without being pushy or overly sales-focused.

I just visited the Dadeland Store and I was impressed with the fantastic service Kevin provided me. I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Will definitely come back and get my prescription glasses there! Thanks and keep it up with suck amazing client experience!
