He's acheived this with a dedication to acheiving the highest standards in quality, while also working to and within narrow and express timelines. While the majority of our interactions have been remote and online, Gerardo has been accessible to me as if I were local, taking messages or calls inside and outside of business hours, mitigating the tyranny of distance to ensure any needs were swiftly addressed.
