“I am so thankful for the UPS worker named Julian, who went out of his way to help my parents Peter and Yvonne Antoine return their shed through Amazon to Melicon. They had been struggling for weeks because the website would not let them return 2 out of 4 of the boxes. They spoke to many representatives and even went to 3 separate UPS stores, but no one was able or willing to assist them. Julian was patient, kind, and very understanding with them as they are not very tech savvy. He made sure everything was set up properly and that the pickup from their home was completed. They are truly grateful for his help!”
