If I could I wouldn't give any stars. I already read a bad review from the manager. Well here goes another one. He lies in the recommendations, he sold me a peeling machine as excellent that did not make noise and it was the opposite noisy and shakes so it can pinch and damage when using; When I went to return the product he did not accept it.
I recommend not visiting this store because in addition to everything said, it has bad treatment.
I'll have to call Sally's representatives.

They have a great selection of good products for hair and nails. Occasionally you will find good sales. Customer service has been good for the most part. Navigating for parking sometimes can be a challenge.

Poor service! I went just now to the store and the really blonde cashier got mad at me and throw the bag. She asked if a wanted some type of conditioner for my hair color and I said no, then she started throwing the bag with the stuff and then she throws the receipt.This is bad customer service, and lack of education, if you're going to work in a store you can't take the answer NO personally.

Terrible experiencia en este Supply.Especialmente con el manager.Muy feliz mientras trataba de abrirme una cuenta de crédito.Después se transformó en algo diferente.Comore dos maquinas de cortes para hombre de color plateado por un costo de $300 dólares .Le comente q las cambiaría en otro beauty supply por unas doradas y no me dijo q no sería posible.Solo le importó abrir la cuenta a mi nombre.5 días después llame para devolver las máquinas y no me lo permitieron.Cuando en cualquier Beaty supply te dan hasta dos meses.Terrible experiencia.

I made an online purchase, all my products never arrived, they don't respond to emails, they don't have telephone service. The costumer service is horrible. More than 3 weeks and I have no response from my products. Terrible buying online. It's a mockery!
