“Not sure what I could say that hundreds of others haven't said already. Very chill place to lay low for a few hours. Prices are great. Owner was welcoming and had us laughing out loud at times. It's like walking into an old friend's house.We had watermelon mint flavored tobacco and it was very mild and smooth without being sickly sweet with artificial flavor. There are a ton of flavors to choose from, but with how generous he was with the portion, we only had time for one.It's not super well marked where the lounge is if you come in from the building rear, but if you go up the stairs or elevator, it's about halfway down the hall on the left.Thanks again! 5 stars very well earned.”

“We alway visit Total Wine & More. The entire staff is welcoming and willing to drop what they're doing and help us the customers. One thing I did admire if the staff isn't sure about an item or if they have what your looking for they make the effort to ask their co-workers or a manager for help. This means a lot to me for someone to stop what they are doing and go out of their way to accommodate me.... This is a rare nowadays. Customer service has been disappearing in most retail stores, however at Total Wine & More you won't be disappointed.
