“Our visit to Mr. Cigars was one of the highlights of our trip to Miami, and we would especially like to thank Berni for his outstanding service and dedication. He took a great deal of time to advise us, share his knowledge, and introduce us to the rich culture and tradition behind cigars. His passion was truly contagious. Even today, whenever we enjoy a cigar, we immediately think of Berni and Mr. Cigars. The experience left such a lasting impression on us that we have never felt more welcome or comfortable in any cigar shop. Thanks to Berni, we have developed an even greater appreciation for cigar culture, as well as for Miami, Little Havana, and the Cuban heritage that makes the area so special. Thank you, Berni, for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm. You made our visit unforgettable. Warm greetings from Switzerland!”

“I absolutely love all of their locations. The best smoke shop in all of Miami, with the best products, best deals, and best customer service. We love Omar and Hassan as they know that I have multiple disabilities that cause extreme pain and they have always gone above and BEYOND to make sure I leave their shop, happy, satisfied, and medicated. Their assistants in each shop are equally as knowledgeable and always want to help. They constantly have great deals for their IG followers, so make sure to follow them too! 10/10, will always come back :)”
