The food was delicious not to mention their serving staff , Sandra and her crew are absolutely professional and very friendly, the master of ceremonies was extremely patient and helpful with us , Dj Vinny was also amazing, and Sarah “ la italiana “ I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and support , not to mention their outside crew like varadero photography studio, Julio and Meybis are the best their professionalism and best of all their sense of humor and patience when working with my daughter and all the guest in the banquet hall. Not only did she help us feel comfortable, but she is also very helpful and makes the planning process easy to understand. She offers her opinions in a considerate and non-pushy manner. From the color schemes to the napkins, flowers, and vases, she has been exceptional throughout. I highly recommend booking her for your next wedding or event. My mom is a big fan of Alexys and couldn’t stop praising her; she answered all of our questions patiently and never made us feel rushed. We are very happy with our choice to have her involved in our special day, and we are grateful to have her as part of the planning process.”

“Clean, attractive venue. Easy to find your way around. Decent selection of vendors without being overwhelming. We had somewhere comfortable to sit and wait for the rest of our party to arrive. After looking around at the different seats, I feel like there isn't really much concern about ending up with bad seats. Everything sounded great. Overall, quite a good first experience with this location for me.”

“This library is great. Very quiet, has a separate section for children, clean bathrooms, and the staff is very helpful. Parking is adequate and has never been an issue finding an open spot. They will order books of they do not have it in stock.

“Due to a an airline flight change, we were scrambling for a place to stay with less than a week to book. (Bolivian Airlines cancelled our original flight we booked and moved us to a flight 2 days earlier with 10 days notice.) The new flight ended up being on a Saturday night instead of a Monday night, and higher prices, so we couldn't just 'move our reservation over'.
Was able to book a room at the Hyatt House on points and really happy we did. Clean, comfortable, spacious suite. Airport Shuttle (which not all Hyatts here have) and walking distance to Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera, and a nice Italian restaurant.
Breakfast is included and was worth getting up for. Monday - Friday they'll do omelets to order (at least that's what the signs say).
Loved the suite - nice office chair and kitchen island work space. A fully stocked kitchen and separate bedroom with TV's in both rooms. We asked for a bathtub when we reserved the room, and our request was fulfilled.
This is the 4th time we've stayed near the airport and this was our best experience (not that the others were bad, this was just the best - value, food, service)- if we find ourselves needing a place to stay a night near the airport in Miami in the future, we'll come back here.”
