“I want to start by saying that Jacob is an outstanding employee with the potential to become a great leader someday.
We’re working on a project for the Veterans Hospital, and he immediately understood the urgency of the fasteners we needed. Not only did he locate them on the shelves, but he also pulled all of the materials ahead of our arrival so everything was ready and waiting for us.
What impressed me even more was that when I asked him to go back and see if he could locate even more materials, he immediately jumped into action without hesitation. He counted the fasteners, bagged them, labeled each bag, and handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and grace. He truly went above and beyond for a customer he had never met who was working under a tight deadline.
It’s rare to find someone with that level of dedication and customer service. I hope the next time I come back, I’ll see Jacob in a higher position at Ace Hardware because he has absolutely earned the opportunity. Thank you, Jacob, for making such a positive difference.”

Knowledgeable people who can help with good recommendations for small repairs by using the right parts and/or tools for the job. Even some eclectic offerings that you can't find in the big box hardware stores. Parking right next to the store, and with the big chair outside, you can't miss it.”

“Lowe's has a lot of the stuff you need and fairly decent help. It's highly organized. Their garden section is fabulous. They have some great deals on plants always look outside in the clearance section because if you have a green thumb you can bring them back to life. Love their potting soil don't have a big selection of organics.... no organic plants very limited selection of organic fertilizers pretty much standard things available here but beautiful every day plants”

Not only was it a Sunday, but every other option was closed and with a project that needed to be done you can only imagine how important it was to get back to work. Just when I thought I had struck out, my final and what should have been my first option came through. “I love going in this store, there's tons of different projects I could get lost in, all the folks I've met that work there are awesome people, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Also very polite and courteous. I could spend an absolute fortune in there on tools or exotic woods. Veneers, you name it you can find it. I am willing to bet that if you cannot find it in the store, there's going to be someone who can help you out with what you need. There have been other stores that have wood working classes on site, this store may or may not, I have not personally looked into it. Again though, I'm sure someone will absolutely be able to point you in the direction to get you what you need! Thanks guys!”

“I've been coming here for about 6 years, and today, I would like to give a special commendation to Patty. My name is Raz, and I came in to get two rip cuts and two cross cuts on 1/4 inch birch plywood. Patty was busy at the time helping a co-worker with a forklift. I saw she was busy, so I politely asked if someone could make some cuts for me since it didn't fit in my vehicle as a whole 4x8' sheet. Well, not only did Patty come as she said she would when she was done helping her co-worker, she did so with incredibly precise cuts. I was quiet while she cut, because myself I've worked in construction for 25 years now, and I know how important focus is on important cuts. Once she finished, we chatted about the wonderful smell of fresh cut timber, how this was a project for my little hens, and she even suggested First Saturday Lime to repel insects and pests from my hen house. In this age of digital distraction, superficial interactions and busied lifestyles, I am really happy to say we shared such warmth and genuine kindness, she had a calm and friendly attitude, she possessed good attention to detail, and her safety awareness was noticeable. The care she had with the material I was going to purchase was such a considerate touch. She handled everything politely and respectfully, and she was truly such a pleasant individual to speak to. Lowe's, you've done a terrific choice in employee Patty. Patty, thank you so much for restoring my faith in humanity. In this age of Epsteinicism, I can't say how much the little things matter...big time! Thanks again Patty, and bless your wonderful soul.”
“I'm mostly writing this review for two reasons: to compliment the mystery artist that put googly eyes on the advertisement (you know the one), and to recognize a great member of the local team: Fatjona. She not only knew exactly where to direct me when I came in for double-sided tape, but she was funny & kind throughout my whole visit. At the end, I accidentally tried checking out at a staff register because they looked like self-checkout areas. She laughed, told me to "have fun with it", and just helped me at the end to pay for my items. It was a great experience overall!”
