“Weren't planning on actually purchasing today but wanted to get an idea of what we wanted before we shopped around on pricing. Tom was working the north location although he doesn't usually work at that shop. At first we thought he was just going to pitch us the most expensive bed but he took the time to break down each type of mattress and address what we were looking for. We were pretty much sold on one but he insisted we go look at some other models at their store on 4th and 30th before we purchased. We did go to that shop and found one we liked even more but wanted to check out a softer version. They didn't have that one in their showroom so Robert referred us to another company that carried it just to make sure we got what we wanted. We decided to stick with them and got the model they had on display. Can't believe how easy they were to work with. We ended up spending a bit more than we originally planned but after trying out the original models we were thinking of getting, then trying out the others I feel we made the best choice for what we needed. “Incredibly curated selection of furniture and home items. The man running the store has excellent taste and has procured some beautiful pieces. You can tell he cares about quality. He and his son were very friendly as well, and offered information when I was curious about certain items (for example, an old-fashioned kitchen unit which had a hidden fridge). I was looking for something specific and even though I didn't find it, I was delighted by much of the furniture. There were entertainment units that I fell in love with, chairs I could imagine in a large living space, and giant paintings I could see as statement pieces. This place is worth a visit, and I will certainly be back again!”

Called the store. And was able to secure what I wanted with a free delivery tomorrow.The woman who helped me, Jade, made this experience even better. She didn't just give me any answer and actually put me on hold to find the item that suits my needs the best. A lot of places like this I feel as if I'm bothering the employees at work. All my questions inconveniences them. Not Jade though!!! She found what best suited me while smiling the entire time (as someone who has been in CS for 20years u can actually hear a smile). “I bought my first Original Mattress Factory mattress in 2005 in Woodstock, GA. I still have it and I need to replace it. Now I live in Fort Myers, FL and unfortunately there’s no OMF here. I’m going to go to the Clearwater store to get my next OMF mattress! This is how great this mattress feels and supports my whole body. I’ve slept on other high end mattresses and will never buy one again. Original Mattress Factory mattresses are the best.”

My sales person Milan was very knowledgeable and actually taught me about the quality of the seating (currant sofa seat sunk in). Not only was the customer service great the prices are fair! I didn’t know there are batteries for electric pieces that last up to 4 months (before recharge) so you don’t have electrical cords everywhere!I was ready for my new chairs early so I called and Trish helped me get them three days earlier!
