“I had not worked out in years and decided to make a change. I did my research and decided on ERA Fit Personal Training and was matched with trainer Giuseppe Baldasseroni. I have been thrilled with my progress over the last 5 months. With Giuseppe I went from being unable to squat at all to doing squats holding 20 lbs. I could not go up stairs without being winded and now I easily use the stairs. He has improved my posture. And, with his guidance I have lost weight and developed muscles !! Giuseppe is knowledgeable, personable and very patient. He is always changing up our workout routine. He gives me recommendations of workouts to do when I am not at the gym and offers diet advice. In addition, the gym is spotless and well-lit and has a very collegial atmosphere. I am a very satisfied client !!”

“This is a gym like no other, the manager Aaron is a star and each coach you can tell love their job and are eager to help you and get you to your goals. I am so happy and lucky to have taken the leap to go to my first class as sometimes these kind of places are a bit intimidating and overwhelming but from the first moment I felt welcomed and encouraged. The 40 minute clases go by in a blink of an eye unlike your regular gym where 1 minute seems like an hour. I signed up right away after the great energy and the amazing workout where it feels like you are actually putting your body to work and pushing your limits as I would never do these workouts on my own. The constant encouragement and guidance is also one of the many great things of this gym. I am so happy to have joined the sweat 440 family, thank you for making such a positive and welcoming environment for first timers like myself.”

“Definitely a premier CrossFit facility. From the friendly community, to the engaging coaches, you'll find yourself having a blast while getting a good workout in.Great job leading class Joseph! Regardless of where you were in the gym, I could hear you when you needed to make your global cues. You walked around giving everyone individualized cues as well to help correct their front squats form for the strength portion of class. The creative spin for the hollow hold to superman warm up for toes to bar was fun and challenging. You were also walking around and providing feedback and cues during the workout as well which is always nice to see. I was in my own little world afterwards so I missed if there was any cool down recommendations after the wod.The programming was good. Solid tempo work building up to something challenging. Then an increasing rep scheme for a couplet that was simple enough to keep track of but still aggressive into the later rounds kept it fun. It's nice to be able to find a tall bar to do toes to bar on without worrying that my feet will hit the floorThe facility has a ton of equipment you'd like to see in a CrossFit box. Skiergs, bikergs, ecobikes, Definitely enough to host larger classes. I don't think I ever have stopped and smiled while doing toes to bar before and that's partially due.Thanks for letting me drop in guys and oh, the shirts are sweet! Definitely hard to pick just one.”

“GRIT!!!!! One of my favorite gyms in the world (I travel a bit). The coaches, the community, the programming, the equipment, the space, the coaches, the people - in that order-ish. Strongly recommend this gym from beginners to advanced. That’s the best thing about this sport, you can have 0 training experience and still get hooked, still get strong, still shed pounds and 100% improve your mental and emotional health. “I met him by chance and he is great. It is open from 7.30am until sunset. It has many elements. Great for training on legs in the sand under the palm trees. Nice atmosphere, everyone training, doing yoga, meditating. Nobody bothers. The people are very respectful and kind when it comes to sharing elements.”

“I’ve known this gym for a couple of years. I used to go to the Rzone in Doral but the I moved here in Coral Gables and I was so happy that there was Rzone nearby. This is one of the best gym ever! First of all everything is very clean, the trainers are amazing and they are willing to help you if have any doubts or questions during the workouts. I also love the great music and if you are a beginner and you’re skeptical about going or not, you should definitely give a try!”

“I have been going to Megalit for almost 2 years—I came from a strict weightlifting background w/ some boxing for cardio and I can say that these lagree classes are THE BEST workout. I have been able to maintain my physique w/o picking up a weight or having a boring, mundane workout at the gym. I will say, I push myself very hard and make the class extremely challenging by manipulating the resistance. You can make this class as easy or as difficult as you want, it’s up to you. Sean and Fab are my absolute favorite instructors—encouraging and radiate great energy. I have also taken Alex’s class and very much enjoyed it. My flexibility has improved as well as my balance. I have found that lagree has improved my ability in other sports (skiing and horseback riding). The music is fun and I always feel great (and exhausted) after a class. Don’t give up, keep showing up. It will be humbling at first. Highly recommend!”

They’re motivating , knowledgeable , and an overall great vibe. Makes you happy coming to workout to get your butt kicked. Great atmosphere here and highly recommend.”

“Figurella has changed my life! Approaching 50 is difficult since a women’s body changes in many ways. I had been slowly gaining weight and got to the point that I thought I would never take it off. Well I did it the healthy way and guided by the girls at the gym and have now lost 20 pounds!I am literally down to my college days weight and have never looked or felt better.The workouts are low impact and very effective. I always worked out very high impact and realized now that as you age you cannot be so hard on your body.The bubble is heated to a comfortable level that you not only sweat but you are detoxing as well. “I went here with a cousin this morning for the 5am class. I have driven by this place for years and wanted to try but always had excuses. Well my wife and her cousin signed up for Classpass app and made us (their husband) signup too. We booked the cross training class at 5am as our first class and it was tough, but afterwards we both think we will go back. Anna, the instructor, was very helpful. She wasn’t a military style instructor, but she also didn’t coddle us, even though we were new to the gym experience. One of the managers greeted us after class as he was pulling in to make sure we had a good time and to invite us back. Overall, they are pretty great and I think I will be trying them again real soon.”

“DBC is incredible. I started training with Joana Ortega because I had lower back pain that was starting to impact my mobility. Within a few weeks the back pain was gone and we were working on serious strength training. Instead of dealing with pain and limitation I was doing deadlifts, squats and heavy lifting and feeling amazing. My sessions with Joana were the highlight of my week and one of the things I miss most about living in Miami. The environment at DBC is also great - very welcoming but also intense and motivational. Highly recommend.”

Tough but doable workout, friendly staff, and an overall great experience!The entrance is a bit hard to find, but it’s between SE 11th Street and SE 12th Street, along Brickell Bay Drive. You’ll see a wide set of stairs leading into the building - go up those and then go to the left when you enter the building”
