“I enjoy this gym. Clean and comfortable- I’m able to get in a work out after work (I’m a 9-5er).
It’s expensive but I prefer it for the space and ability to work out in peace. Only downside is people coming in are lazy and leave their plates everywhere.. guess their moms clean up their plates after their work outs at home…que mal educados!”

“I had such a wonderful first experience at Figurella Miami Beach on Lincoln Road Mall! From the very beginning the staff was so friendly, even during the scheduling process, and when I called from downstairs they kindly guided me so I could find the entrance easily. I easily found reasonably priced parking in the nearby garage which Caterina recommended. The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained which made the whole experience even more relaxing.
Although Figurella is advertised as a weight loss clinic, I quickly realized it offers much more than that. I am already at my ideal weight, but I can still see the benefits for detox, circulation, and muscle toning. I actually won this session in a raffle at Platform Konnekt at the Meridian Hotel where I got to meet both Caterina , the manager, and Judith, the owner. Upon arrival, both Caterina and Elizabeth greeted me with the warmest reception and made me feel like a true VIP. When I told Caterina I was studying Italian, she was so sweet that she conducted part of the session in Italian so I could practice, which was such a thoughtful touch. I can really see how such personalized coaching will garner results. Elizabeth gave me an amazing lymphatic massage with the machine, and I finished with the oxygen tank session which left me feeling refreshed and energized. After the session, I enjoyed a stroll on the lovely Lincoln Mall! The location is ideal!
Although I live over 45 miles away and therefore cannot make Figurella a regular part of my routine, I will definitely consider coming back just for the lymphatic massage. They offer a variety of packages to meet different needs and budgets. I highly recommend this team, they truly go above and beyond to make you feel cared for.”

“Love this place. Great gym and atmosphere. Conveniently located in North Beach. I Always leave feeling pumped. Trying to get my body in the best shape I can. David is always so helpful and he assists with technique and workout sets. I also have a tanning membership with them and Daya is always so welcoming and sweet. They even do teeth whitening! Great gym and the best tanning membership in town!!!!”

The girl at the reception is very nice and welcoming. Bruno, the manager, seems more grumpy and not very nice. Many nice regular users at the center who were very hospitable and helpful. Nice and good place ?”
“Anatomy is definitely one of the best gyms in Miami if you’re looking for a clean luxurious and boutique gym vibe like me.I personally LOVE the Sanctuary and using the infra-red sauna, steam room, hot baths and cold plunges. Recovery is very important to me as a body therapist.I’ve been a member for over a year now and the new location is superb because everything is new, even cleaner, and the community is growing.I appreciate how this gym is not just a gym, but it has more of a community vibe that helps inspire me to visit more often.So many of my friends and clients are also members and it’s nice to bump into them when I’m training there.High quality trainers, staff, and the facilities and equipment are excellent.I appreciate that it’s equipped with lots of the machines and equipment that I like best.They even have my favorite Onnit kettlebells!The amenities are fantastic as well.I like the new small touches in this new location like the heated shave cream dispenser and the upgrade on the bath products.It’s also so good that there are Normatec boots and theraguns that we can use for recovery post workout.I highly recommend it!”

Equinox is a beautifully equipped gym for sculpting your body and supporting your overall health. It offers a reasonable price point and decent service hours. While there isn't a massive emphasis on recovery amenities here, the location is incredibly convenient.
If you are looking for a high-quality gym for just a few days like me, this is the perfect answer. Of course, if you are looking for a more elevated, lifestyle-focused experience with a heavy accent on recovery, you might choose a different space—but for a solid, premium workout while in town, it absolutely does the job.”
