rented in key west no car available and i prepaid , girl was so rude to not just me but 5 different people all having same problem happened may 9th 2026 key west airport.ended up with a filthy car nothing like the one we reserved

Lots of hidden fees- Nice car but I don’t recommend and they wouldn’t even let me extend my car. Thank God because that would of been even more before I got my actual receipt

I paid Expedia for a 2 day rental and called Dollar to extend it 1 day. Dollar charged me 3 days and I had already paid Expedia for 2 of the days. Dollar customer service has not been helpful and I have spent several hours on the phone with them. There was a long wait to pick it up and to drop it off too.
