“Outstanding customer service experience with the National location at Key West airport. We were stranded with flights canceled due to the storm in the Northeast and no prospect of rebooking until about 5 days later, so we decided to see if we could extend our rental and return it to Providence, RI. Customer service over the phone was unable to complete the modification and suggested that we go to the airport counter.
Both team members were friendly and immensely helpful. Not only were they able to modify the length and return location, they got us an extremely good rate (half of what the phone call center was quoting us). All while expertly managing the long line of other customers, many of whom were stuck/stranded too. I can't thank them enough for making it possible to get home and helping so professionally.”

“There was a torn windshield wiper blade on the mini van when I went to pick it up. Went back in to tell the desk agent and get another car but all they had at the moment was a 12 passenger van. To it rather than waiting and it worked well the first few days as there were 11 in total at the house in Marathon anyway. Halfway through the week I brought someone to the airport in Key West and checked to see if I could swap down for something a tad smaller since I was there. Not a problem, agent was friendly and quickly handed me keys to a new smaller SUV. 5 stars!!”
“Been traveling for work for 20 years, but this time I was there on vacation. We rented a car to explore the other islands, but when I arrived at the Budget counter, the car was not ready. Kim M (I believe that was her name) was the best rental car employee I have ever interacted with. She seemed actually concerned about getting me on my way and quickly found a solution. She was nice, welcoming, and very professional. I would hire her in a heartbeat. I wish every rental car employee interaction was as great as the one I had with her.”

“What a great place for renting. We rented a 8 person golf cart for my party of 7. They were the only place I could find one. The car was great and in great shape. The people at the place were very helpful in the rental process. Also the price was great ? highly recommend if looking for a rental.”
