“I just spent a week in the Keys with my daughter and my best friend. I was wary of booking a rental car through one of the big name agencies at EYW and found this company. It was like fate. Working with Sally and everyone else was such a positive experience, and I got to drive an absolutely zippy and adorable convertible Mini Cooper for the week and that was just the icing on the already sweet cake. I felt comforted knowing that if anything were to go wrong, they'd be there for me, but of course nothing did. They got me to and from the airport to the office quickly and the drivers were friendly. Anytime I need a rental car in the islands I will for sure book with them, as well as referring anyone I know who will be heading south. Thanks again!!”

“Want to enjoy Key West in style? Rent a Vanderhall 3 wheel car/bike from Big Daddy’s Dream rides! Absolutely perfect size for Duval street and so retro and cool! Alex was the easiest person to deal with and EXTREMELY fair and accommodating in price and ease of renting. I will rent from Alex next December and beyond, and the Vanderhall will be the ride!UPDATEI guess he is no longer in business sadly.I have called repeatedly with no answer.”

“Easy to rent golf cart. Earlier opening time and after hour drop off if needed. Was a little pricier than some others but we chose them because they were normal size gas carts, not electric, not too small. Would recommend.We did 24 hrs to allow us more time to explore even after they closed.”

“I thought it was easy peezy. I rented the car beforehand (online). I thought the counter was going to be close because the flight got delayed (as they do). The counter closes at 10pm and we arrived after. Irina was still there to handle my reservation and had the keys ready. Return was easy too. Only grip was that they miscounted my miles on the odometer--but as long as I'm not charged for it, it doesn't matter.”

“The Key West Alamo did a great job of checking us in quickly and accurately. We received the minivan we requested with friendly service. When we wanted to document the damage the car had before rental, a representative was available and helpful. The rental desk and cars are conveniently located on-site at the airport. Dropping the car off at the airport was confusing as there was not adequate instructions and signage to indicate what the proper procedure should be.”

“Booked online through my AAdvantage card. Purchased additional rental car insurance through Allanz. Was told I would owe $537.45 at the pickup counter. Lady at the counter wanted to know if I wanted additional insurance. I told her I had already purchased it. When we got back from our vacation our emailed receipt was for $690.15 with a charge of $115.50 for additional insurance I had previously declined. When I contacted them they said they would only reimburse me for half $57.75 of the insurance which I had declined. I've always dealt with Enterprise in the past but thought I would give Avis a try. Never again!Avis Customer Service contacted me after seeing my review. After 2 emails back and forth my overcharge was refunded and all is good now. I would recommend them in the future. Just be sure you look at the agreement before signing it.”

“I dropped my car off at the Key West airport location and had no issues besides the location being wrong on Google maps initially. The Google maps spot was their car wash and not where the customer facing person was. Car drop off was easy enough to find once I followed the airport signs for rental cars. I parked in one of the Dollar assigned spots then went inside. The employee only needed the gas level and mileage and I was good to go. The receipt was sent to my email.”
