Well, we didn't get the vehicle that we ordered, but they gave us something better. They were super busy when we came in to get our vehicle and there was some pretty peeved people waiting for vehicles, but they handled the stress of it very well.

Had issues getting a ride back to ferry terminal. Seems to be a bit of a toxic work environment.

Understaffed and working their best. They've been flexible and accommodating even when our plans change dramatically. One thing I wish they could do is actually get a phone number that didn't connect to a call center, where they are very far from helpful.
