Havana Cabana Key West is a very charming, fun, and whimsical property with a wonderful tropical vibe and aesthetic guaranteed to put guests in a good mood. The decor is definitely Havana, featuring festive colors, nice painted murals, and whimsical surprises everywhere with Salsa music playing. The atmosphere, pool, and lobby are a vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Keys. The staff is friendly, helpful, and has a great sense of humor, with a concierge that is helpful in planning activities. The location is perfect, close enough to Old Town, and there is a free shuttle to the waterfront and downtown to help save on parking costs. The property is clean and well-kept. It is pet friendly and features a cool tiki hut area for weddings and events. Rooms are charming and comfortable, with some noted as a bit small and others as a nice size, offering bottled water daily and Keurig coffee makers. The supplied shampoo and conditioner smell absolutely great. The food truck and drinks are great and yummy. While some find it affordable or not overtly expensive, others note it is super expensive but fun and feels like being in Cuba. It is highly recommended for a perfect and amazing time.

The grounds are really nice, bar and food is pretty good. The rooms need love, beds were hard and the AC was very loud, no fan in the bathroom. I advise against the waterside rooms as the road is high traffic and noisy. Go for the pool side.

Rooms are nice, but we found ants on the bathroom counter and the counter top under the TV. The outside bar charges too much for cheap drinks. The food is over priced for the quality.
