“I was there when they opened the door and there was already a long line. They were slammed right off the bat Ole was helping with what turned out to be a very complex issue with my phone then Janelle started helping me as well. They were both AWESOME!!! While Janelle was on the phone with tec support and on her touch pad she was also helping walk ups. It was crazy. Janelle is a fantastic multitasker!!! They’s women went above and beyond .
