I told him No. Came back home to Key West, went to see Liz and she helped me tremendously!!!! Did not need to get a “new phone”.. my phone is already new by the way. Great service. “My experience was super enjoyable! Alina made everything super easy and comfortable, I usually am very anxious when I have to do “adult” things like getting a new phone and she made me feel relaxed and welcome along with the other 3 employees working there. There was great banter, she explained everything to me in a way that was more than understandable and didn’t hesitate to repeat herself when I asked her to clarify. Overall 10/10 experience, definitely the best Verizon I’ve ever gone to! Thanks to Alina and the other people working there that day. Love my new phone :)”
