“Ole was extremely helpful and patient with me, which was great because I was very nervous to start a new plan. Ole was so kind that my nervousness was non-existent by the time I walked out. Thank you Ole, and thank you AT&T!”
“I have been at the key west location three times before today, every time I came in it was a mess. the young man that worked there never had time to help in any way. if you asked a question they told you to figure it out even if there was no one else in the shop.it seems to be that they came to work to hangout. yesterday was the first time I walked in and had a pleasant experience. thank, you.”
“Giselle was Very helpful was able to get everything back! Thank you so much for everything I've been a customer for 14 years and absolutely wouldn't change.”
“Excellent welcoming experience. My rep was great. As a business owner I say he is a very valuable employee. Please for all of here in the Keys. Keep this one around. Maybe even a raise.”

“My son lost his phone in the ocean while we were vacationing. Hanley spent hours with us over the next couple of days working hard to help us get his phone replaced. He even continued to make himself available by phone after we had to return home. He provided options to us and allowed the space for us to make the decision on how to proceed. He was so kind and patient when we kept running into technical issues (no fault of ours or his). He walked us through all the steps that eventually led to success and even recommended an amazing local ice cream place! His customer service was absolutely stellar - above and beyond. Highly recommend!”
