National is just flat-out the best. Never been easier to rent or return a car! Key West is notorious for long rental lines but the staff is super friendly and the staff who work the lot are the absolute best!

Nice experience in Key West. It has been a long time since I had to go to a counter, but the National associate was friendly and efficient in a very chaotic environment!
