I’ve tried to get a quote for multiple parts and service items for my Toyota truck, either the rep there for Toyota is absolutely oblivious of how to do her job or she just doesn’t care about the customers she is working for. It’s been weeks since my inquiry so I guess I’ll just do it myself and buy the parts elsewhere. Thank you Nile’s, for nothing

Fernando is great. He was attentive, understood what I wanted and found it on the spot. Excellent financing manager, what a breath of fresh air. He actually explained what I was signing and was incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. Excellent experience.

Mike was awesome!! He kept me informed throughout the warranty approval process, time expectations, and repairs that were being completed. I know timelines, shipment timelines, etc take longer than normal being here in the Keys but Mike helped ease the stress during the process. I knew going into the warranty claim with the failed lifter issue that these Silverados have been experiencing was going to be exhausting and stressful, but Mike was the man and was flawless during the process. Thanks again for everything!

Took my car in for service and was extremely satisfied with the 1st class experience. everyone was kind and professional. I highly recommended them if you need anything for you vehicle. Donnie was great to work with.

I can't thank you all enough for everything you did for us on September 6th. This time around it was so much better and easier to purchase a vehicle. Randy Roberts is such a great salesman. Randy not only listened to what we wanted and needed out of a truck but he went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted. Robert made sure we were taken care of and kept checking in on us. Tony literally made everything so easy in the finance department. Tony was so very patient and kind. He also made sure we got the warranty we would need.
Thank you guys so much for everything!!! We love our new truck.

I'm just not impressed with the service department. It shouldn't take more than a month to make an appointment, particularly when the reason you're making an appointment is that your car isn't running. It also took multiple phone calls to get a reason person to schedule the appointment. They weren't rude, just unsympathetic and unaccommodating.

2 weeks of repeated calls to the service department and nobody answers the phone. Left voicemails and nobody has called me back. Wow!! Ill take my vehicle to the mainland - it's less of an inconvenience than this.

I would leave zero stars if I could. This dealership is unable to handle the volume of service required for the area. I was told my car would take 1- 2 weeks to be repaired and was told not to come altogether. Unfortunately I was on vacation in Marathon and Chevy would not take my car anywhere else. They put our car ahead of others to be repaired, claiming it was a good deed, however it was only to save their dealership the cost of towing and to put the towing cost/ time burden on us. When questioned, the service manager suggested (via a raised disrespectful voice) that I “figure it out. Take a city bus. It’s not that hard.” I was shocked first at the disrespectful tone but also the suggestion that I take a bus 2-3 hrs to pick up my $70k truck that’s under warranty and with “full” roadside assistance package. The tow there took 9 hours. Stay away from this dealership if you can. Unfortunately, we had no choice.
