“Publix pharmacy sold me a medication that is defective and WILL NOT give me my money back !!!!! I had to pay again for a partial refill at the other Publix in Key West. They wouldn't give me any credit for the BAD medication either AND subtracted a full refill ,for a partially filled prescription”

“The pharmacy staff saved our son during an asthma attack!
We had just arrived in Key West for a one-night stay when our child, who had a virus, suddenly developed serious breathing issues. Unfortunately, we had left our inhaler at home. At first, the pharmacy staff member told us she couldn’t sell us an inhaler without a prescription. But then she checked their system and saw that our home pharmacy had a valid prescription on file — and she was able to provide us with the inhaler just in time! I’m incredibly grateful to her for that. Thank you so much!”

“Very handy location on Duval Street. It has lots of real items that you can actually need and use as opposed to t-shirts and weird souvenirs. Well, they have some of that too, but they also have a good sele tion of snacks, drinks and fresh food that you don't have to pay a fortune for.”
