Cesar was the absolute worse. He needs to be dismissed. Cesar gives avis a bad name due to his awful customer service dismissve and rude behavior i will never rent or recommend avis to anyone. He rented a vehicle with a nail in the tire. I drove the vehicle 20 minutes the tire was going flat. When I returned to the facility he said he didnt know what to tell me because he didnt have another car to give me and he said a nail in the tire isnt bad that i just have to keep filling it up with air and it will take me anywhere! He said thats what we did here and said if i wanted another car i would have to wait till one was available. He then said the car wasnt full on gas it was short 3 gallons and he didnt care about the inconvenience of renting a damaged vehicle i had to drive the car with a flat tire and my 7 month old baby to the gas station to fill up 3 gallons he said if not he would charge me 30$ a gallon! I rented the car at 8 am and didnt get a new rental until 12. He also opened the location late because per cesar he lost track of time sooo unprofessional! Upon return of the vehicle i was told i needed to pay 2 extra days because cesar closed my rental booking! I had my contract and booking confirmation stating and i only booked the rental for 2 days i was not going to pay for a 4 day rental when i rented a car saturday morning and returned monday at 8 am. The kind lady at the front desk apologized for cesar mistake and fixed it. However due to cesar behavior i will never rent from avis or recommend. Avis of kissimme is the worse! The vehicles are also very very dirty! And not well mantained.

Bad service, it is absurd that they charged an additional $15 for not using the vehicle for more than 75 miles, I put the gasoline that I had used in it and on top of that they charged me that, how absurd that for not using the vehicle they charge you more. And apart from bad attention.

Avoid at all costs. I would give negative stars if I could. My paperwork says 1/4 tank of gas but they refused to accept that when I returned it. They said it’s suppose to be full even if given to me almost empty. Completely unwilling to help, even the 1800 number. $120 extra in gas.

Hired my Avis car from Kissimmee Florida , all my insurance and costs were included in the booking, the only extra cost was the Sunpass toll charge that I paid on picking up the car, which was much easier than having to stop and pay at each toll booth.I was very happy with my car and had no trouble extending the hire period by three days.

If there were zero stars, I would put. If management is reading this, you need to build a stronger staff. Otherwise, people won’t come here. Here’s what’s lacking.1. Lack of courtesy, no welcoming when people enter. no smiles on the employees faces.2. Employees should ask customers if they speak Spanish, so they can know whether to speak Spanish with their coworkers. This shows respect to the customer/s.3. They do not walk you to your car when picking up. They show you your print out, point on the printout where the scratches are and hand you the keys and say the car is ready. That’s clearly not professional. Customers are paying for vehicle to use, the proper way is to walk the customer out with keys in hand and paperwork to walk around the vehicle.4. The cars are not cleaned, inside or outside. Come on you must do better than that.5. The appearance of some of the workers you have there is not representing Avis or Budget properly. Hats on backwards, jeans with sneakers. I’ve went to Avis and budget in the airport and they are well dressed to the brand to represent the company they work for.I would put more but it would be too long. Please read this and apply it, just because the neighborhood maybe with a different customer base, doesn’t mean you don’t treat everyone the same regardless.

Great price, but they don’t answer the phone so i had to drive from Flagler to Kissimmee because they don’t answer the phone. When i first got the car i wasn’t told not to run it through the car wash but when i came back to renew the lady told me and my plan was to take it to the car wash. That would have been crazy. And it would have been my fault for not ready the fine print. So make sure you ask if you’re not familiar.

Go to Old Town location, it's better. This location doesn't answer the phone during lunch hour and 1800 number says you have to go in person to extend a rental, when it's hard to do so during working hours. Then they make one phone call to you and charge a miscellaneous charge for $60 for a loss prevention letter. If their systems actually worked online or their app, or answered the phone, then this all would have been preventable. I paid and understand their side but they aren't looking at how to make their system better or her about how to make it a better experience for the customer either. I should have known when I picked up. They didn't bother to check the fuel or car for marks and sent me to do it myself showing how lazy they really are. Other than that, actual car for rental was good.

Poor customer service at the local branch by the representative and independent owner. My wife was provided a vehicle with damage to front end (bumper was partially attached) and rear end. Damage extended to other parts of the vehicle but due to the significant damage to front and rear she requested another vehicle which was declined. My wife was advised she would not be responsible as long as she indicated the damage on the form. She additionally advised she did not feel comfortable with the vehicle as she would also be traveling with our child and was still denied a suitable vehicle. The local representative told her if she didn’t take possession of the vehicle she could cancel the reservation and reserve with another branch at a higher rate since it would be a new reservation but there was no guarantee a vehicle would be available.My wife has been an Avis customer since 2005 and a preferred member since 2015 and has NEVER experienced this type of service with Avis or any other car rental agency in our lives! On top of all of this the vehicle was filthy.I would rather be subjected to Avis airport rates just to avoid dealing with this Kissimmee John Young branch.

Was told there are no cars and I cannot be told when more will arrive. And you thought the Seinfeld skit was parody. Your reservation means nothing.The only impressive thing I can say is that agent fit more unpleasantness into a 30 second interaction than I've ever seen.

It is absolutely preposterous that I was charged $15.00 extra dollars because I didn't use the car enough! I returned the car immaculate, early and with more gas then when I got it. I told the representative when I picked it up that I would barely use it because I work from home, because my car was in the shop. I should have been told about the charge for gas that they require when you don't go over 75 miles which again, I barely used the car, I returned it EARLY and immaculate and with more gas than when I picked it up and they still found a way to add more charges!!!!! I was penalized for not using the car enough! I will never rent from Avis again. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Service is here sucks. Reps are rude and will take you forever to get you processed or returned. Cars are mediocre and there is no accommodation for preference. Uber renters are treated like the bottom of the pyramid. And don’t bother to tell them about their attitudes because they will get you removed or just blatantly won’t deal with you. Avis as a company is poor due to their lack of control over their branches. Policies are different for every branch and when you contact customer service to assist they will tell you a good story on the phone but you will get the total opposite at the location. Worst than hertz.

Horrible experience. Didn't have the class car I reserved, car we got instead was broken in multiple places, refused to give us a partial refund, made us wait 30 minutes while they went to wash the car (and we weren't early).Never. Again.

By far the best experience in car rental that I've ever had! Shamefully, the first rental car only lasted about 4 hours before someone in a grocery store parking lot smashed in the front drivers side..... But since I had their damage waiver insurance which only cost me about $7 a day.... I was in another car in less than a half an hour after I turned in the first car.There's only about three people working there but I've seen them handle crowds that can fill a plane.Always pleasant! Always accommodating! Simply one of the best!
