About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Kissimmee offers a mix of excellent, helpful, and professional service, with staff described as great and polite. However, service can be slow due to only having one person at the counter. The cars are fine and pricing is fair, though some note the daily insurance cost is ridiculous and overall prices can be too high. The location is very busy and its system does not always communicate well with the website regarding car availability. Some customers had issues with operating hours not being late enough and found drop-off options at different locations inconvenient or too expensive. Specific needs, like renting a van for mobility scooters, were explored by customers.
