“First and foremost, a huge thank-you to Janay and her entire team. Their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail were outstanding. My car was in rough shape, and they did an absolutely amazing job bringing it back to life\. It looks brand new I couldn’t be happier with the results or the overall experience. They truly go above and beyond, and in my opinion, they are easily one of the best body shops in the area. Thank you again, Janay and the entire team, for the incredible work.”

“I’ve known Harold for over 20 years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics who do great work and truly take pride in what they do — Harold and Esteban are exactly that. I’ve brought every one of my cars to them, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles. In this economy, buying a new car isn’t easy, so keeping our cars well-maintained and lasting as long as possible is a priority. Harold and his team make that possible. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest mechanic, look no further. They’ll take great care of you and your vehicle. Support local businesses like this one — you’ll get better service and fair prices compared to the big chains.”

“Marc came highly recommended to me when I needed to have the AC repaired in my 2017 Dodge journey crossroad. He took me in the same day and was able to find the issue and source a part that was back ordered everywhere. I had the car back the next day running better and cooler than ever. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and will now be my go-took mechanic for anything. He went above and and beyond and inspected my car for other issues and even took care of some other minor issues that were going on. Highly highly recommend this shop and Marc!”

“Caliber has been an outstanding place to have my vehicle repaired. From start to finish, the communication has been professional, timely, and transparent, which gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. When I picked up my vehicle, it was returned in excellent condition and spotless inside and out. That level of care made a lasting impression and showed how much pride they take in their work. Another great advantage is that Caliber has multiple locations, making it very convenient if you ever need assistance, and they stand behind their repairs with a warranty, which provides additional peace of mind. I highly recommend Caliber to anyone looking for high quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and a team you can truly trust. Thank you to everyone involved for making the experience so smooth and professional.”

“If you’re looking for a trusted mechanic, look no further. Luis not only offers fair and reasonable prices but also takes the time to explain the issue and its potential causes. Finding a reliable mechanic can often be exhausting and stressful, but I’ve genuinely enjoyed having my car serviced by him. I initially visited for a ball joint replacement, but I was so impressed with his work that he’s now my go-to for everything. Be sure to check out Luis for all your automotive needs!”

“I did a replacement for the first time with safelite a few days ago, but it wasn’t a 5 star experience. The technician was SO friendly, but the glass wasn’t straight and I didn’t realize it til the next day. I got the warranty replacement with a technician named Brian 2 days later. He asked me if I had water leaks and for some reason, I never thought to check that. When I looked in my passenger side floor, there was a puddle. I totally understand people are only human and thanks to the warranty (which was easy to schedule, btw. No calling or waiting) this is why I don’t find it to be a big deal, also I hadn’t needed to really go anywhere for the week, so I was in no rush. My experience is 4 star but the technicians were so friendly that overall, I gave 5 star! Thank you Brian, you made sure my windshield was extremely straight! You do quality work, don’t ever change that, it makes a difference! I most likely will get my rear windscreen done with safelite too.”
