Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration

Hotels
Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration is a large, recently renovated hotel located near Disney World, making it a convenient option for visitors seeking affordable accommodations close to the parks. The hotel features spacious and clean rooms, though some guests noted small bathrooms that can be inconvenient, especially if shared. The hotel’s lobby, pool area, and hangout spaces have been upgraded and are quite attractive, offering a resort-style atmosphere. The pool is a highlight, with a slide, hot tubs, and a bar, though the main pool is not heated. Guests enjoy the numerous amenities, including multiple pools, hot tubs, and a vibrant atmosphere, although walkability around the hotel is limited due to nearby construction and abandoned buildings. Dining options include a breakfast buffet, which some find sufficient and delicious, and on-site restaurants such as the Wave grille and The Pointe, which offer good meals. The hotel also has a pantry with considerate service, accommodating special dietary needs. The staff generally receive praise for their friendliness and helpfulness, with standout service from employees at the front desk and in the pantry. While the hotel offers a “Disney Shuttle,” it operates on limited schedules and often does not align with guests’ plans, leading many to rely on Uber for park access. There were occasional issues, such as power outages and limited elite area supplies, but these did not significantly impact overall experience. Security is tight, and the area feels safe, though walkability outside the hotel is limited due to surrounding construction. Overall, Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration is a comfortable, well-equipped hotel ideal for those looking to enjoy the parks without the higher cost of on-property Disney hotels.
