Location agent took deposit on 2 cards, I told have you release one at the time of picking car she said yes, now even after 2 days of rental agreement finished no release on both the cards you are blocking tourist funds have some shame disaster service already called 5 times CS can't speak good English also

Getting the vehicle and returning it wasn’t an issue. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. There additional charges are crazy. Charged 10.00 just to return the car earlier. Vehicle licensing cost recovery 11.28. Fla surcharge 20.20. Just FYI……

Booked a car in Florida , called to confirm if car was there was put on hold for almost a hour. Was told it was available drive over 30 mins to be told they were sold out .
