“K&M Rental made our vacation awesome. I fractured my ankle on the way to the airport to Orlando. Once we arrived at our resort and called K&M to reserve a scooter, they delivered it the very next day. The day we visited Epcot, we had a battery cable issue where we were unable to power up the scooter. K&M arrived with a replacement within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company if you need a rental.”

“I just had to leave a review because I rent vehicles often in my work travels and have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences. Of course people are much quicker to complain when they feel they have been a victim of bad service, but it is not as often that great service is recognized. I wanted to say that of all of the experiences that I've had with rental car companies, that my experience with Fatima at the Budget Rental in this location was by far the very best. Not only were my expectations met, but Fatima went above and beyond explaining details that saved me time and money. She has a commitment to the customer that build loyalty. She simplified my reservation processing that set me at ease and really is a customer consultant. The vehicles were exceptional and very well kept. I absolutely appreciate the experience and will go out of my way to being my business to this location whenever possible. In fact the entire staff that I had interaction with at this location was pleasant and functioned as a well oiled machine. I appreciate that instead of being another tedious item on my schedule, that I actually walked out smiling and in a better mood. I regularly comment that "customer service" is dead, but with an experience like this now and then my faith may be restored. Thank you”

“Hired my Avis car from Kissimmee Florida , all my insurance and costs were included in the booking, the only extra cost was the Sunpass toll charge that I paid on picking up the car, which was much easier than having to stop and pay at each toll booth.I was very happy with my car and had no trouble extending the hire period by three days.”

“I’ve seen so many bad reviews from this location and overcharging customers but I still took the risk of renting from this location because it was the best experience I got when I got there I check in on the app told me to go straight to my car paperwork was inside took picture and videos of damages and off I went got a 2023 Toyota Sienna for a small roadtrip and during return was easy and was charged exactly for what I booked online I will keep coming back to hertz no more enterprise they never have my reserve car”
