“Charged me an extra day for no reason even when I dropped it off before they opened, they gave me a 2 hour notice to drop it off before they closed when I had to go to work. Stupid ass policies and place.
Update: they refunded my money and even told me about some money I had forgotten in the car, thanks to them for being kind”

“This place is listed as a dollar rental through Google and if you call Dollar they will tell you to go to this location, however the sign says Hertz rental this is the location where I had to exchange my dollar car halfway through the our trip. Customer service here was fantastic!”

“Delightful service! I wish I would have gotten the name of the lovely lady who assisted my wife and I, but it was around 4pm on Wednesday, June 17.
She was a breath of fresh air after visiting the local Hertz. She helped us and was patient as I reserved online (I went to the wrong location). Very personable and you can tell she loves people.
The desk is inside a Holiday Inn, which is much better than the Hertz where I felt like I was in a less than desirable place.”

“Good day. Would be visiting soon (early April) from another country and interested in booking a vehicle for part of my stay as I would be staying in a hotel close. Can you please provide the process and also average price rate for a rental per day? Thank you”
“I had read all the reviews and was concerned. I saw a few on toll issues. So I brought my own ezpass to cover the toll. They told me they charge 10.00 a toll so if you want to avoid tolls look at getting a transponder of your own or pay the high fees for use of rental car toll payment system. I had no issue getting my car. I made the reservation a month in advance if my trip. I made sure i had insurance coverage through my credit card and my personal policy and I brought proof. The location had moved it is at the old gas station and it as hertz on the sign. Hertz owns dollar and thrifty and they are all in the same place.”

They were professional, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly.
