I just had one of the BEST customer service experiences ever at the Dollar General located at 4549 Pleasant Hill Road in Kissimmee, FL (Store #19074) — and it's all thanks to an incredible employee named Yislen. The store was BUSY. People everywhere. Carts moving. Lines forming. But Yislen handled it all like a total pro — friendly, fast, and focused. When I walked up to the register, she greeted me with a smile that instantly made the chaos feel calm. I was holding a pillow I planned to buy, and without hesitation, she politely asked me to hold on just a moment. Then — like a customer service superhero — she jetted down the aisle and came back with another pillow in hand. Turns out, the pillows were buy one, get one free — and I had NO idea. She didn’t have to do that. She didn’t have to go the extra mile. But she did. Because that’s the kind of employee she is. I was honestly trying to save money and could only afford one pillow. Thanks to Yislen, I walked out of there with TWO — and a huge smile on my face. She made my day. No — she made my WEEK. She treated every single customer with kindness, respect, and a contagious energy that more places desperately need. She’s an asset to the store, to the company, and to the entire customer service industry. KUDOS to Yislen — and serious respect to whoever hired her. Dollar General, please recognize this woman. “Oh this Dollar tree was so neat. I mean as far as cleaned everything was pristine. I got to say they did a great job putting away everything. Everything was clean and neat. The customer service was excellent. As soon as there was a couple of people in line somebody else came up to cashier. That's what I like to see. The lady was very nice to me. I found everything I needed. So grateful for that. I'm definitely going to recommend Dollar tree. The reason is you can find so much wonderful stuff there. And everybody's always so friendly and they greet you when you come in. Highly recommending Dollar tree”

“We visited recently, many varieties item which you don't get it anywhere so easily or not at all. We got some chocolates which was as less as 1.7 $ , everyone in our family liked it. They were made in Columbia. When I checked the price in Amazon, they were marked as 8$. Very nice and cheap store.”

“What a fun store! It was like stepping back into the early 2000's. Nice selection of old Disney merch and kitschy Orlando souvenirs. Just be aware that the A/C doesn't work, so it's hot and stuffy in there. They have fans going, but it only helps when you are standing directly in front of one. But I'm looking forward to stopping by again when I'm in the area!”

“I love this place! A true dollar store. They have the best selection of greeting cards ever. I love their gift bags. I hate wrapping presents and knowing that all that time spent it wasted but when I can buy a nice looking gift bag that is cheap makes me feel so much better. The selections of balloons are plentiful and who doesn't like getting a balloon bouquet? I have made several theme baskets for people and this is the only place I go to get the materials. The staff is warm and helpful. The store is well kept and organized otherwise.”
