“Lance was very helpful with helping me load my Chime account. The employees here are friendly in general on the few visits I've had. The store is cleaner than a lot of DT's too.”
“It's a great place with Wonderful things inside. But the staff manager is not so great.
On multiple occasions, they have given additude and even offered to call the police just because I asked the Manager to help me retrieve an item on the top shelf.
Not every employee is bad and the store is always fully stocked. But the decisions and actions of one person ruins a reputation.”

“This is our #1 go-to Dollar Tree in Orlando, for three reasons: It's an easy drive, we're often able to park in the shade of nearby trees (keeping our car cool), and the staff are great. This is easily the most friendly Dollar Tree we've shopped at, in this part of Orlando.
While this store may not be able to keep up with demand, restocking the shelves, that's actually a sign of how popular this store is.
Frankly, if you're planning to shop at the nearby Walmart (which is a great, huge store), I recommend stopping at this Dollar Tree first. They may have exactly what you're looking for, and at the lowest prices.

“I figured it would be cheaper if I went there to find my Poise products. I was absolutely wrong the products went up by a couple of dollars and some change. That means I'm going to Walmart where there's a better deal. I do want to thank the young lady for the great customer service. And I do recommend Family Dollar there are certain things in there that aren't that expensive so. I'll be back when I need something else”

“For those who are wanting to know why the employees at the registers.are always stocking and not there to wait on you. I have an answer. It is there system. And , one that needs to be enhanced. Instead of two employees stocking one a manager and one an associate. 1 manager, 1main register associate and one additional associate to stock and run register when not stocking to assist during busy times and front and replenish/recover as needed. Smoother and more efficient”
“Clean store I've been to this location several times it's never messy. Today everything was in its place. The aisles were wide and not cluttered. The cashier was dry and cold no eye contact I didn't mind he was fast and did his job. Spacious parking.”
“I’ve been coming to this store for years, and it’s great to see strong, respectful management like Frances and Lurdes back in place. Their dedication and effort to keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming has always stood out to me.
Recently, there was a temporary “manager” who, unfortunately, did not treat the employees with respect—I even witnessed her speaking very rudely to an employee in front of others, which was disappointing to see.
I’m genuinely glad to see that she’s no longer there and that the original management team has returned. It makes a big difference in the store’s atmosphere. Thank you, Frances and Lurdes, for your leadership and commitment!”
“The store is pretty clean and most of the staff are nice and friendly. I noticed the Rug Doctor there and inquired about renting it on Saturday, before Easter. When I went back to get it, the manager couldn't find the key. She looked for it for a few minutes, said she couldn't find it, apologized and went to the other worker to ring her items up that she was purchasing. She didn't seem to care much about the situation”
