“Lance was very helpful with helping me load my Chime account. The employees here are friendly in general on the few visits I've had. The store is cleaner than a lot of DT's too.”

“I love this Dollar Tree, however If the District manager Won't fix the bathroom for not just the public but for your Employers!! SHAME ON YOU! YOU should be written up for your work space not up to cdc public and work standards.”

6412 Hoffner Avenue, Orlando FL 32822
“I figured it would be cheaper if I went there to find my Poise products. I was absolutely wrong the products went up by a couple of dollars and some change. That means I'm going to Walmart where there's a better deal. I do want to thank the young lady for the great customer service. And I do recommend Family Dollar there are certain things in there that aren't that expensive so. I'll be back when I need something else”

5170 Conway Rd, Orlando FL 32812
“The store is pretty clean and most of the staff are nice and friendly. I noticed the Rug Doctor there and inquired about renting it on Saturday, before Easter. When I went back to get it, the manager couldn't find the key. She looked for it for a few minutes, said she couldn't find it, apologized and went to the other worker to ring her items up that she was purchasing. She didn't seem to care much about the situation”

7311 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando FL 32822
“It's a great place with Wonderful things inside. But the staff manager is not so great. On multiple occasions, they have given additude and even offered to call the police just because I asked the Manager to help me retrieve an item on the top shelf. Not every employee is bad and the store is always fully stocked. But the decisions and actions of one person ruins a reputation.”

1001 S Orange Blossom Trl, Orlando FL 32805
“For those who are wanting to know why the employees at the registers.are always stocking and not there to wait on you. I have an answer. It is there system. And , one that needs to be enhanced. Instead of two employees stocking one a manager and one an associate. 1 manager, 1main register associate and one additional associate to stock and run register when not stocking to assist during busy times and front and replenish/recover as needed. Smoother and more efficient”

“Soooo much stuff! Staff a little weird . Store is huge! I've never been in one this big! Definitely worth a visit if you never been. Other then that check them out!”

8910 Turkey Lake Road Ste 500, Orlando FL 32819
“This is our #1 go-to Dollar Tree in Orlando, for three reasons: It's an easy drive, we're often able to park in the shade of nearby trees (keeping our car cool), and the staff are great. This is easily the most friendly Dollar Tree we've shopped at, in this part of Orlando. While this store may not be able to keep up with demand, restocking the shelves, that's actually a sign of how popular this store is. Frankly, if you're planning to shop at the nearby Walmart (which is a great, huge store), I recommend stopping at this Dollar Tree first. They may have exactly what you're looking for, and at the lowest prices. We always leave this store with a smile. Great items, great prices, and the most cheerful, smiling staff... while being super-efficient, as well.”

“Kind of Ghetto. Cashier was not professional and the manager Tom is very sloppy with his dress appearance. He walks around dragging his feet on the floor. Nothing is in it's appropriate price zone. Merchandise is in wrong pricing areas. Store is not managed properly.”
-

“The worker beneicka is very helpful all customers loves her attitude. Her spirit is everything when you go there. I advise people to go when she’s on duty be because the Mylar is very disrespectful and rude. I don’t know how she gets a job there she don’t deserve it . The worker beneicka is so amazing I got there during her hours of work thank you for having awesome worker like her. The customer service skills are everything with her she’s amazing”
-

“Arlene is amazing!!!! I drove to this store looking for something so specific and Arlene went above and beyonddd helping me look for this item. She not only didn’t dismiss me when it wasn’t an easy find but believed me that it was in stock and grabbed ladders to look in the aisles and ultimately found it in the back. Her customer service was amazing and was extremely friendly and helpful.”

5933 S Goldenrod Rd Suite C, Orlando FL 32822
“I’ve been coming to this store for years, and it’s great to see strong, respectful management like Frances and Lurdes back in place. Their dedication and effort to keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming has always stood out to me. Recently, there was a temporary “manager” who, unfortunately, did not treat the employees with respect—I even witnessed her speaking very rudely to an employee in front of others, which was disappointing to see. I’m genuinely glad to see that she’s no longer there and that the original management team has returned. It makes a big difference in the store’s atmosphere. Thank you, Frances and Lurdes, for your leadership and commitment!”
