The staff were great, however it's an absolute b to find if you end up on the wrong side of the resort...
Find the Sports Bar first and go to the 2nd floor - the FedEx is across the way from there.
The self parking garage allows you 30 minutes free parking to run your errand, and if you got lost like I did you need every minute of it š

Absolute 5 star experience at this fedex with Alicia! She was so helpful, kind and pleasant to work with for my package pickup. I had several large items delivered to the busy convention center and she assisted me with locating them and sending them down to the trade show floor. I appreciate her help and am so glad my conference week is off to a good start because of her!

I just had the worst experience at UPS and the journey I went on to get here was well worth it, the service alone honestly made my day. This FedEx is inside the Gaylord Palms but itās a beautiful building and seriously a scenic route to a pleasant experience. They went above and beyond to help me, and even offered me magnets to put my vision board on the fridge. They said they can make it directly on a magnet too but I liked how this one printed. What started as a terrible day ended with a positive resounding vigor to what comes next! Making the dream a reality! š„¹āØš«¶š¼

This place is fantastic! Alicia is incredibleāan excellent communicator who manages everything here with precision, taking care of multiple guests at once. Iāve stayed at this location for the past three years while attending conferences at the Gaylord Palms. Iāve always used this fed ex office store while visiting and they are Awesome!

The FedEx site is inside the Gaylord palms resort. The guys in there were real professional. Alicia is a little obnoxious. I hope to never speak with her again.

Fedex! If you're going to tack on a dollar a pound handling fee for shipping a prepaid FedEx package through FedEx, then you really should put that somewhere in the advertising. You guys just wasted 20 minutes of my time.

5 FedEx locations on-site aka inside Walgreen where they don't have envelopes, or any assistance, so I came to this "full service" location but even with a prepaid label they charged me $2 and for what? Is bot the amount but the fact that they would not take my documents that I wanted to ship without an extra fee. Never again FedEx.

Had a last-minute print job and was referred here but was not told about the parking that you have to pay for. $40 just to get in and they wonāt even work with you. Donāt waste your time.

The customer service was phenomenal! Very underrated on Google. Pricing was beyond fair, great quality work and service was exceptionally expedient! Saved my conference table!Plan for 45min package delivery to your table as they do not keep them on site and you will be 100% satisfied.This place is catering to the conference sponsors and attendees and they do a great job at servicing them. This is not the place for general public/local services.

Good luck finding this place inside the resort. I gave up after fifteen minutes walking round and after reading the reviews about extra charges Iām glad I did! Luckily I didnāt have to pay parking as I had someone wait for me.

This is located inside Gaylord Resort. Be prepared to pay for parking ($32.50) and a $10 "service fee" on top of cost of printing, binding etc.
