Don't go here if you value your time and customer service. I had an appointment for an oil change. No more chairs to sit in The over packed waiting room and told it would be over an hour.

Customer service here is the worst. Took my car in, asked if they could replace my tire sensors, and found out they did everything else except that. Then, had to leave my car there overnight, only to find out in the morning that they still hadn't done it. I paid to have them tell me something I already knew, and then they wanted to charge me on top of it. Did not explain that at all. Disgusting.
Before that, it took them 6 hours to do a tire rotation and oil change. 6. Hours. They didn't even call me to let me know that they thought it was done. I had to call them, then, and only then, did I start to receive notifications from them via email. Ridiculous. I get that things slip through the cracks, but none of them seemed to care, there were no apologies, nothing.
Manager and workers are all the same. Rude and incompetent. Manager hung up on me because he didn't want to deal with an angry customer, and now, I have to wait to head in to get my car because I don't have a ride. Wanted corporates' number, refused to give it. How this place is still up and running is beyond me.
Trust any other car place with your vehicle, but not this firestone.
UPDATE: Manager gave me a call back and finally offered me a refund with an attitude. Informed me that I called him a liar about giving me corporates number and email, but he refused to do so over phone when I called in the morning and only did so when I came into the store in person. Hung up on him like he did me because of his attitude. He can keep the money for all I care. I 100% recommend never using this place.
I can tell management is probably a huge issue at this place which reflects across all the employees I interacted with there. Do better Firestone, because this interaction will stop me from ever using your company's services every again, and I hope people read this and feel the same. I will never recommend this store, nor these services to anyone, and will inform anyone who asks of my last interaction with Firestone to hopefully prevent this from happening to anyone else.
2ND UPDATE: Turns out, they didn't replace my windshield wipers either. So, 2 of the 4 things I asked them to do, weren't done at all. At this point, I'm not convinced they rotated my tires or changed my oil. Upon calling in and asking for a refund for the entire invoice due to their lack of professionalism and actually doing what was asked (AND PAID FOR) the manager on duty told me he isn't allowed to give me a refund. When I asked for the Regional Manager's phone number, I was denied that as well. That means these people are little more than thieves who take your money, won't refund you, and don't do the work you pay them for.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had to deal with at a mechanics, and I plan on sharing this story across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter as soon as the entire situation has either been resolved or has come to a conclusion one way or another.
FINAL UPDATE: For those of you who have read this entire review, know that it wasn't this store that made things right, or even the company, but another manager from a nearby store. He apparently used to run this one, and saw the review, reached out, and was willing to do all the work over. It was a nice offer, something that should've been offered from this store's manager. It wasn't. Instead, I asked for a refund, something I've never done in all the years I've gone to Firestone for all my vehicle's needs.
All I can say is thank you Gil for being a better man, manager, and representing Firestone -a company I've used for over 9-10 but no longer- far better than this store manager ever will. Both men should be looked into. One commended for his actions he saw taken against a customer who'd been stolen from, and one investigated for serious issues in a

Took them 3 hours just to diagnose my car.

Not sure what this is for. I haven’t used Firestone in the last month. Last thing I used them for Tires. A couple months ago. Not sure what this review is for. I keep getting a request to leave a review. As far as the last thing they did for me, I would give them three stars

Staff is great, but hide there mistakes….
I brought my Jeep in to get an oil change. I also just paid extra 15 or so to get a bulb changed on my passenger tail light. After waiting a bit, I asked if my car was almost done. The guy at the counter said that they are waiting for the bulb to come in. Once I got my car, about a week ago the same tail light was hanging off while I was driving. The pegs that help hold it in place were broken and my bulb socket was broken. I have no proof that they broke it, but it’s too much of a coincidence.
So a 45.00 oil change cost me an extra 90.00 for new tail lights and another 13.00 for a bulb socket.

This branch of the Firestone/Bridgestone corporation is probably the worst I have dealt with. Not sure who the hiring manager is but the people they hire have no clue or expertise about your car. You will be literally throwing money in the trash if you listen to their advice.
Been in Florida for a year, took my car here for oil changes, that’s it. One time I asked them to check my car because the brakes were squeaking. The first guy said he couldn’t find anything and it might be early sign of rotor wear, so I took the advice and left. Brought it in for a second oil change and asked them to look again because it was worse. The second guy said it was my control arms for the axle and that would fix it, $1100 for parts and labor. 2 days after getting the car back, the brakes squeak just as loud.
Finally went to a different mechanic, told them the issue and the story from Firestone and the guys stopped in the middle of writing and looked at me and said that the control arms had nothing to do with squeaking brakes. $250 later from this mechanic and it’s fixed.
Firestone literally STOLE my money by telling me I had a problem that had nothing to do with the problem I wanted fixed, just to get a sale.
If you want expertise you can count on with good experience and trust. Do not bring your car here.
Didn’t even mention the part where they told me $1100 over the phone and then tried to charge me $1300 when I walked in the door. I’ll leave that alone.

I brought my 2012 Volvo to this Kissimmee branch on Saturday, December 14, 2024, because the vehicle was leaking coolant. This issue arose after a Firestone in Fort Lauderdale had recently replaced the hoses and thermostat to address similar coolant leakage.
I was informed that I would need to return on Monday due to staffing shortages preventing them from examining my car. As instructed, I returned first thing Monday morning. After waiting two and a half hours, I was told they could not find any leak. I insisted that there was a leak, as I regularly had to top up the coolant and had noticed a puddle of coolant on my garage floor. They explained that, since the staff member qualified to perform a pressure test was unavailable, I would need to come back on Tuesday, which I did.
After another two and a half hours of waiting on Tuesday, I was informed that my vehicle's head gasket had blown. I immediately took my car to the nearest Volvo dealership, where they disagreed with Firestone’s assessment and stated that all I needed was a new set of genuine spark plugs.
I truly cannot understand how a reputable garage like Firestone could make such a significant error. If it weren't for Volvo, I would have considered scrapping the car, as it was not worth spending thousands of dollars to replace the engine.

Bad attention you arrive I have bought there twice today I decided not to return again you arrive there is never anyone at the checkout you must be shouting for someone who deigns to see you and ask what you need today I went to rotate the tires very early they told me it would take 4 hours passed 4 hours and it turns out that I had to wait approximately 3 plus lose the whole day to rotate some tires but the day I bought them it was fast that bad experience has been at the national level gentlemen I work with loads and where do you go and request that you rotate the tires, it is a service that pays, they apply that attitude of waiting for you to become hostile and leave, do not buy that guarantee, it is not worth it, I stopped myself from making this comment because of the importance I have for such abuse..!!

When I called to make the appointment I asked when would it be a good time, today or tomorrow? I was told today would be fine. I asked, around 2:00? Man replied, that would be great.
I got there 20 minutes early, when I checked in I asked about how long will it be? I was told less than 1 hour.
I left there at 4:30--2 hours, 50 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation.
During my stay there were three inside workers just hanging around, talking, eating-- only two people came in to pick up a car while I was there and there were at least six workers in the bay area.
My car was the only car in any bay for over an hour. I was very disappointed.
After paying, I was told, he is driving your car around now.
It was misting rain. I stood outside. After several minutes I came back in. I looked out the window and my car was still on the lift.
I stood inside the door this time and when the man drove the car around I walked out. I was told the keys would be in the car, I got in the car, no keys, walked back inside in the rain to get the keys.
All the parking spaces were available in front of the building, it was raining yet they parked my car halfway down the rows. The last customer that left about an hour before me, her car was parked right by the door.
Very Dissatisfied.

My experience was terrible in terms of time, I explain, I arrived in the morning they told me it was with an appointment they told me at 1 pm I arrived 30 minutes early and yet I left the establishment at 430pm, my question is, why are they talking about an appointment? They don't respect her.

They had to lie about what the results would be from a diagnostic. Don't promise something you can't keep, it is not good customer service.

Staff recommended replacement of steering components and catalytic converter, quoted prices, then waited until that work was done to call back and say "Oh, by the way, you need an alignment because we did steering stuff" even though the car has a lifetime alignment paid for thru firestone. The next day they called and said "Oh, by the way, since we replaced your catalytic converter, you also need new O2 sensors". In both cases these "required" things should have been enumerated and quoted upfront so I could make informed decisions. It was an obvious upsell tactic that I did not appreciate. Manager gave me a 15% discount instead of the 10% Military discount by way of apology apparently, so shady business practices at this location is worth a 5% apology. Very disappointed with this location

I have had a very bad experience, I made an appointment for a Thursday, October 17th at 3:00 pm just to change the brakes which were worn out, when I arrived there was no one so they attended to me quickly, they evaluated the car and I only had to change the rear brakes but they told me that the mechanic was leaving early that if I could leave the car they would fix it first the other day and they would call me, they never called me the next day Friday October 18th, and I decided to go at three in the late and to my surprise the car was still not there, they had not done anything to it, and I asked at the reception and they treated me badly, they did not want to tell me anything and in a bad way they told me that they could only tell me that it was going to be there that day but not the time or anything else, I had to wait a long time without any information about when it would be ready, it is a terrible attention since if you leave your car it is so that they can repair it quickly the next day, not so that they can attend to everyone who arrives and leave you. Lastly, they should improve and have more attention, more information and more professionalism
