Went to this store to get my son's ear peirce. I was told it could be done. Then the decided they didn't want to do it. I'm not impressed at all.

The manager Charles went above and beyond to help us find a product, although they ended up not having anymore available. He was cleaning the store but still maintained communication. I would recommend this store, it's huge and there are so many great items to choose from.
