I've previously visits this store, and the moment I walked in, I was genuinely excited to see him there because I already knew I was going to get honest, knowledgeable, and professional guidance. I explained my goals, what I was trying to accomplish, and what products I was considering. Francisco immediately began breaking everything down with incredible detail, confidence, and accuracy. He is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to supplements, health, wellness, and product knowledge.

What stood out the most was not just how much he knows, but how much he clearly cares. He listens, he asks the right questions, and he gives advice that is thoughtful and specific. You can tell he is passionate about helping people make the right choices.

There are several GNC locations closer to my house, but I bypass all of them specifically to come to this location because of Francisco. That says everything.
