“I usually don’t come here because I live in Orlando. I stopped by to grab lunch before work. I wanted a sub but someone informed me that there was no bread yet so I prepared to leave. A worker there saw that I needed my lunch and offered to make a sandwich for me. I want to shoutout Virgineth at Deli because she made my day! Thank you so much for your attention and care! “I went there this past Saturday, I am disabled with mobility issues. Parking was easy and using one of Publix E-scooters was helpful (as usual.
The store was well stocked and the friendly employees were clean and presentable in appearance.
If I was searching for a product the employee I asked looked up the product, what aisle to find it in and that it was in either on the left or right side.
At the pharmacy the pharmacist was very helpful and helped me find a product that was to address a situation I was facing and info on how to use the product and how long to try the product and, if not successful, to eventually go to a Minute Clinic for more help.
Publix at Bellalago was a pleasure to shop at especially in these economic times and with their BOGO on items that helps with cost.

“We recently started shopping at this local market instead of relying entirely on larger grocery chains, and the difference in product quality has been obvious. The produce consistently looks fresher, and the meat counter offers cuts that are far better trimmed and better tasting than what we usually find elsewhere. Employees working throughout the store are approachable and actually seem knowledgeable about the products they sell. Compared to crowded supermarkets that often feel rushed and impersonal, shopping here feels calmer and much more community-oriented. It’s become one of our favorite places to shop for weekend meals and family gatherings.”

“I hope management considers not only experience, but also customer service when hiring for public positions. I understand these are challenging times and that many businesses are dealing with labor shortages, but I hope they make the extra effort to find the right people. There are many individuals who would value these positions and genuinely enjoy helping customers. A friendly attitude, eye contact, and basic courtesy make a big difference. It's not fair for customers who walk in with a smile, a positive attitude, and kindness to be met with frustration or negative body language. I understand employees may be dealing with personal struggles or difficult circumstances, and everyone goes through hard times, but those interactions have a real impact on customers. Many people choose where to shop based on how they're treated. Employees who don't enjoy working with the public may be happier in a different role, and both customers and the business would benefit.🙏”

“Perfect little market! Had Liquor, Food, Snacks, necessities, milk and everything you may need for a quick shopping trip. Was a great find as we arrived into town late and we needed just a few things for our rental down the street to get us thru the night and next morning. Prices were not crazy like some smaller shops. The one time they had to order something, it was a very specific item—and they still handled it quickly. Any delays I've ever experienced were on the doctor’s end, not theirs. He had forgotten the PIN number, he tried twice. They actually offered to let him take our groceries and bring the money in the next day. He was in shock as we had only lived there a short time he had call me for the pin and was truest grateful for not only the courtesy but the simple fact that they remembered us coming in often.”
