Had a 9:45 appt. It's 10am and they are just on 9:15 appointments now! Why have appointments if you can't accommodate them? I wish our Insurance still covered Quest!

Less than 1 Star. It used to be the best Lab around. Nobody at the front desk, three ladies doing blood work, which they are overworked. This Lab corporation has gone downhill too fast. Too much waiting time, more than 2 hours here and every time I come it's the same!!!! They should hire more staff to get more people if they have so many clients.
