My daughter who is scared of needles will only go to her because Norma doesn't hurt her, makes her calm and is fast!”
“All the bad reviews made me scared but as soon as I walked in workers were nice , welcoming no attitude at all unlike all other places here in Kissimmee area, appointment was at 10:45 left at 11:30 . I had 3 labs done , the phlebotomist was amazing I passed out and another worker came to rush in with water and ice pack to help . They were so understanding, so nurturing and very nice I’m so relieved as I always go thru these fainting spells alone . They talked me thru it and definitely took that fear away . Thank you so much I will return again !”
