Arrived with a prepaid reservation starting February 19, 2026. But the hotel / property is closed (see photo). No access to hotel or staff. Booked another hotel near by.

This hotel closed down on February 15, 2026. I cannot believe American Airlines would suggest this place as a package deal on AA vacations. The staff were super nice and super apologetic for the condition of the hotel. One said, “ I just needed a job.” A huge section of this hotel was abandoned and closed. Well it will no.longer exist after Monday. They are closing the old maingate down and gonna tear it down and build new stuff in its place .
