“Today ny husband and I had appointments for blood work. We got there and realized we had left the doctor's orders at home... we were going to be late!We rushed back and I found Bianca in the lobby helping someone out. I told her our reason for being late and she made sure we were put back into the computer.I was called in and was pleased to see Bianca was the tech drawing my blood. Wow... I have very seldom left without my arm full of black and blurs.I am impressed on how she able to find the vein and not go fishing and hurting me.Thank you Bianca! You are ?”

“I was a walk in, and waited just a couple minutes, as the office wasn’t busy. I was greeted by a tech, Elaine, who was thoroughly pleasant and professional. She’s also one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever had, and was able to get what was needed the first time, with virtually no discomfort.I have an extensive medical history, and a lifetime of blood draws.
