“We just visited this Sherwin Williams location and we had a great experience. We went in looking for a paint color that could match the nightstands of our bedroom since our dog had scratched them a few times. The person who helped us was Daniel, he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We walked in with zero knowledge of what we needed, but Daniel took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and guide us through the process. His kindness, expertise, and quick service made for an incredible smooth and easy experience.He was able to perfectly match the color of the touch up pain we needed for our furniture and explained to us how to properly use it. “I had a great experience at the PPG store!? The lady at the counter was very nice, and welcomed me when I came into the store; it was also raining very hard outside as well.She new exactly what order I was there for and read me back the colors that were ordered. She was even nice enough to let me wait a little until the rain calm down, but it didn’t, so I had to load up the paint in the rain.She placed a jacket over her head and helped me by moving the several gallons of paint near my vehicle, so I wouldn’t have to walk so much, which I greatly appreciated. I was able to load up very quickly and thanked her for being so helpful. I don’t remember her name, but she working on the day I picked up, which was on May 24th at 4:30pm. I’m not sure if management sees these reviews, but if so, that young lady deserves a raise or bonus for her excellence in customer service. I would definitely consider creating an account there for my LLC because of her. Thank you”
